Dosage 2 capsules twice daily after meals with water. Continue use of this product at the recommended dosage as long as the symptoms are obviously present. As symptoms subside, begin to reduce dosage accordingly. Maintain product use for some weeks even if no further symptoms are present.

dietary advice Avoid coffee, sugar, alcohol and dairy products. Depression has been associated with a high intake of caffeine. If you drink four or more cups of caffeine in a given day, try substituting decaffeinated coffee and soft drinks. Avoid any processed food, artificial colours, stimulant food, canned foods, smoking, dairy products, meats, eggs and fish. Limit your total daily fat intake to 30% of your total calories. Try not to consume more than 300 milligrams of cholesterol a day. Oatmeal, porridge, basil and beetroot are known to have anti-depressant qualities. Exercise has shown to lighten depression.
